Our Process
Step One - Submit Shipment Information
Submit Entry Documents such as Commercial Invoice, Arrival Notice, and Air Waybill or Bill of Lading. If you don't have all the information up front, share what you have and we'll work with you to get the necessary information as we progress.
Step Two - Collaborate
After submitting shipment details we will continue to work with you in real time as your agent. We'll update any missing documents & provide status updates on your clearance.
Step Three - Clearance Processing
Once all the necessary documentation are confirmed, we work with U.S. Customs for release.
Step Four - Release Of Shipment
Once goods are authorized for release, we bill you for our services and your goods are released! On their way to their for ultimate destination.
